When I received a phone call from Jess’ Mum a couple of days before their Clifftop Elopement was set to happen, I was certainly a little surprised but so excited to potentially be a part of it! Jess and Michael planned to tie the knot on a mountaintop overlooking Patonga.
What I loved most about this wedding was the relaxed vibe. The first time I met Rebecca, the bride, she told me that one of the main reasons they had chosen Pacific Palms as the location for their wedding was because they didn’t have a curfew to finish up the reception. They were able to dance around and party until whatever time they pleased.

With a Wed-stival, you can expect a big party (sometimes spanning across a couple of days) with great music (played loudly, of course) and a couple who want to celebrate big with their friends and family. And, that’s exactly what Alex and David did.

Fernbank Farm is located in Wyong Creek, Yarramalong, on the NSW Central Coast, and it’s one of my favourite places to shoot. There are so many varied and beautiful opportunities for photos, from the lake to the Cyprus trees and the long grass field. Not forgetting the huge Arbour that is synonymous with the venue.
