Long gone is the idea that you have to run off to the courthouse (unless you want to of course) or get married in Vegas with Elvis officiating...

From the moment you wake to the moment your head hits the pillow, the day you choose to commit to each other should be exactly what you want it to be.
This could mean a ceremony in your backyard with an Esky full of beers, or it could mean a week-long adventure trekking through the Himalayas. I’ve photographed the most amazing elopements as close by as Sydney and as far-flung as Iceland. The great thing is there is no right or wrong answer!
Whatever your reason for choosing to keep things small, there is one thing that is consistent in your photography: the opportunity for you and your photographer to build a stronger bond, free from the distractions of lots of people and the need to watch out for things happening all over the place.
