I built Underatreehouse out of the love of packing a bag and hitting the road, searching for adventure and meeting new people.
Keeping an eye out for the best light, making sure you feel entirely comfortable and keeping scenarios natural is how I create beautiful imagery that feels eye-catching yet authentic. Blending a Documentary approach with an Editorial pop!
Over the years, I have found that my best work work comes from the more intimate sized weddings and elopements, where I have time to build a relationship with both you and your guests, letting your day unfold naturally and observing as we go.
I am based on the NSW Central Coast and work regularly between Sydney, Newcastle, the Hunter Valley & Country NSW. However, travel is my biggest passion and inspiration, so wherever your plans may take you, I'd be honoured to document your love!

In 2024, I was the only Australian to take home a win in the International Wedding Photographer of the Year Awards, thanks to this photograph from Bridget and Alex's Wedding at the James Theatre in Dungog in the Upper Hunter Valley.
They came to me with the idea of a group photo of their guests wearing 3D glasses, whilst they ate popcorn in the cinema. I added the theatrical lighting at the back to really make it pop. It was a fun photo to shoot but it's also something really unusual and unique, showing that you shouldn't feel confined to do anything the way you've seen before.
